Our Story

The Story Starts Like This…….

Taverna Napa was the first tavern in Ayia Napa established by our beloved father Chris Ashiotis since 1976. We are located at the north entry of Ayia Napa in an old traditional Cypriot house built in 1918. Our goal is to contribute to Ayia Napas tourism experience by giving you the finest local cuisine. The Cypriot specialities, family recepies, are cooked daily by our Aunt Chef Niki. We choose daily the finest ingredients and make sure they are organic and fresh. Our secret is the extra virgin olive oil we use in our dishes and delicacies. Fresh Fish is picked daily from our local fishermen as we support very much our village. Our deserts are homemade and prepared with lots of love, often described by customers as heavenly delicacies! Our customers are treated as family guests with great respect and professionalism.
